If google would allow me to give 10 stars I would. Jess was an amazing realtor. My wife and I bought our first home about a month ago. With it being the first time naturally we did not know anything about the process, but that was not an issue since Jess walked us through the process. She helped us find a beautiful home with in our price range and in a good neighborhood. I can not express enough how thankful we were to have such a knowledgeable and friendly realtor.

We had talked to other realtors here in Jacksonville and they were always pushy to make an offer or waited to long to return our calls. Christy was great she never rushed us, worked around our schedules, and always got back to us fast. She made us feel like friends not just clients!

Christy is the type of person that will go above and beyond; she will do anything for you, and she is personable and ambitious.

She told us if we ever needed anything to call her, even if it was to watch our one year old until we found a daycare. I found a daycare, but I was scheduled to work a late shift at my new job and had no babysitter, so I called her up and she took excellent care of her! Every time we see her in passing she always takes time to ask us how we are and how our house is! She went above and beyond for us and we will never forget it!

Christy Grifaldo is an excellent realtor and we would recommend her services to everyone! My husband and I literally had 2 days to find a home. He is in the military, and I am not, my job transferred me a month early on short notice. From morning till night she stayed with us searching for our home. Her husband was also home for the week from Iraq, who she hadn’t seen in a very long time, but she still gave us her full attention. We found our home and closed on it in time, and could not have done it without Christy!

Christy was amazing to work with! She was super patient with me. I was moving to Jax before my husband returned from Iraq and did not know the area real well so Christy drove me to the water company before my closing so that I would not have to stay overnight at the new house with out water!
